How do I create an account?

Visit https://www.siestacups.com/login and enter your information to create an account.

How do I change my password for my SIESTA CUPS account?

If you're signed into your account, just head on over to Profile, which is located below My Account and scroll down to the bottom of the page.

I forgot my password. How do I reset the password to my account?

Select Sign In, which is located at the top right hand side of SIESTA.com, and click on "Forgot Your Password."

How do I unsubscribe from emails?

Simply click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any SIESTA email.

ORDERING QUESTIONS

Where is my order?

You can check your domestic order status and details by using our Order Tracker Page or by logging in to your account.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, we can no longer accommodate changes after you submit your order. We process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders are immediately sent to our warehouse packing station, and our system can no longer retrieve or edit them at that point.

How long does it take to process my order?

Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days for your order to be processed.

Will I receive a notification or a tracking number when my order ships?

Yes, you will. When your order is completed and the shipping label has been created, you will automatically receive an email with the tracking number included.

What if the product I'm looking for is out of stock?

If a product is out of stock, simply notify us, via site chat or through the contact us page and let us know which is the product you are interested to purchase. We will re-check the stock and reply if the product is available.

Where do I enter a promotion code?

Once you add your selection of SIESTA CUPS to your shopping cart, you can enter your promo code in the Discount Code section under View Cart or on the Check Out page above the subtotal of the order. Be sure your code has been applied before submitting your order.

How do I place a Wholesale order?

How do I get free shipping?

We offer free domestic shipping for orders over $69. No Coupon needed! Simply add products to the cart. Once you have reach or passed a total of $69, the shipping cost will be removed automatically.

Why should I add shipping insurance to my order?

Shipping insurance is an optional service that protects the buyer and seller from potential financial loss during the shipping process. When shipping insurance is added to an order, it covers the cost of replacing or reimbursing the value of items if they are lost, damaged, or stolen while in transit. The insurance typically provides coverage up to the declared value of the goods being shipped.

What is the Return policy?

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How do I initiate a return?

To start a return, you can contact us through our Returns Portal, do not ship your items back without first completing the return or exchange process on our return portal.
